Yes. The Essentials plan is free forever with no time limit and no credit card required. You can create unlimited invoices for up to 5 active clients, with full GST/HST calculation and PDF generation included. No ads, no watermarks on your invoices.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel a paid plan, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, then move to the free Essentials plan automatically. No cancellation fees.
Your existing invoices are never deleted. If you downgrade from Professional to Essentials and have more than 5 active clients, your existing clients and invoices remain accessible but you won't be able to create new invoices for clients beyond the limit until you archive some.
Never. There are no per-invoice fees, no per-PDF fees, and no payment processing fees charged by GetMeInvoice. If you accept online payments through GetMeInvoice, standard card processing rates from our payment partner apply — but GetMeInvoice itself charges nothing on top of that.
Yes. Both Professional and Studio include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll get full access to all features on that plan during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or drop back to the free Essentials plan.
